2. On-Site Roles

On-site work is required for roles involving:

  • Hardware, simulation, or controlled systems

On-site teams operate in a focused, high-collaboration research setting designed for rapid prototyping and technical execution.

3. Hybrid Roles

Hybrid roles combine on-site collaboration with remote flexibility.

Employees may work remotely for focused development tasks while attending scheduled on-site sessions for:

  • Research reviews
  • Architecture planning
  • Cross-disciplinary integration
  • Security-sensitive workflows

Hybrid eligibility is role-dependent and performance-based.

4. Remote Roles

Remote roles are permitted for positions where:

  • Work is software-first and infrastructure-independent
  • Data access meets internal security standards
  • Deliverables are measurable and timeline-driven

Remote team members are expected to maintain:
